Article I: Economic Treason
President Donald J. Trump has engaged in acts of economic treason by conspiring to undermine the sovereignty of the United States’ financial systems. Through his family-owned cryptocurrency venture, World Liberty Financial, and in coordination with his sons and Middle Eastern envoy Steve Witkoff, the President has actively pursued a plan to replace the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Treasury, and the U.S. Dollar (USD) with personally controlled, competitive currencies. This has also coincided with dangerous real estate deals in the Middle East like the proposal to annex & ethnically cleanse Gaza.
This plan has included the introduction of TRUMP coin, MELANIA coin, and other crypto-assets linked to World Liberty Financial, as well as collusion with Elon Musk’s DOGE cryptocurrency. Beginning with simply marketing cryptocurrencies owned by these individuals from outside government, they quickly invaded to impose their will on systems all over the federal government without Congressional authority. The creation of an External Revenue Service to collect tariffs is a blatant mechanism designed to unjustly enrich the President and his affiliates at the expense of the American people.
Such actions directly threaten the economic stability, negotiating power, and national security of the United States and constitute an act of treason against the nation’s economic interests.
Article II: Bribery
President Trump has engaged in bribery by granting shares in his publicly traded company DJT to close allies, including Kash Patel, Linda McMahon, and his own son, in exchange for their participation in perpetuating the aforementioned treasonous financial scheme. DJT is also a first of its kind: a personally owned, publicly traded, state media apparatus. Though incredibly unpopular with a tiny user base, this is still an unprecedented act with dangerous implications for the freedom of speech in America.
In partnership with Elon Musk, who owns a controlling interest in the cryptocurrency DOGEcoin, it is being used as an instrument of corruption. President Trump has unlawfully fired federal employees, intimidated officials, and leveraged private crypto assets to expand his personal power at the expense of the public good. These actions violate the constitutional prohibition against using public office for personal gain and constitute an impeachable offense under the Bribery Clause.
Article III: Unlawful Seizure of Government Infrastructure
President Trump has unlawfully seized government infrastructure to facilitate his personal financial schemes. This began with the issuance of an executive order authorizing the existence of DOGE, granting Elon Musk “special government employee” status, and enabling acquisition of DOGE.gov, an illegal act that enabled the privatization of government email systems for the purpose of spying and corruption.
Further, President Trump has compromised government payment processing systems and leveraged federal infrastructure to enrich himself and his private business partners.
These actions violate the constitutional principles of separation of powers & public trust, and represent a dangerous precedent of authoritarian overreach.
If allowed to continue, a money laundering operation that effectively washes all USD to convert into alternative currencies beyond the American people’s control will cause catastrophic, irreparable harm.
Article IV: Endangering National Economic and Foreign Security
President Trump’s actions have directly endangered the national economic and foreign security of the United States. By conspiring with foreign leaders, including Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to facilitate the ethnic cleansing of Gaza for real estate development, President Trump has subordinated American foreign policy to his personal financial interests.
This conspiracy involves his Middle Eastern envoy, Steve Witkoff, whose role in World Liberty Financial ties Trump’s real estate ambitions to international corruption and human rights violations.
Such actions constitute a betrayal of the President’s constitutional duty to protect the United States’ security interests and uphold humanitarian standards.
Though the President may enjoy some level of criminal immunity, his co-conspirators do not, and law enforcement should intervene to stop them from continuing this devastating rout.
Article V: Suppression of First Amendment Rights For All Americans
The Citizens United decision effectively caused capital to be considered equal to speech in the eyes of the law. For too long this has been considered a reason for the wealthy to drown out the speech of their fellow citizens, or to treat corporations with the same or more rights as people. However, if money and speech are equivalent, the economic treason of Donald Trump creating a privatized financial system which diverts all capital from the government into his own control, also robs every American of their right to free speech.
Many have called for the overturning of this decision, which would be a mistake. These impeachment articles are a perfect opportunity to recognize how the American people can use this decision to their advantage, to stem corruption & quell a fascistic executive branch.
By creating a two-tier system of finance, the President is also creating a two-tier system of speech, where anybody without sufficient amounts of his personal currency does not have a say in the workings of their own government. No more egregious act could be imagined in American history. The founders of this great nation considered taxation without representation akin to slavery. If that is the case, Donald Trump is attempting to enslave the entire American population.
Article VI: Other High Crimes & Misdemeanors
- Intimidating the American population through unauthorized military strikes on Somalia as retaliation for unspecified military actions.
- Threatening ethnic cleansing in foreign territories without Congressional approval, violating both domestic and international law.
These actions demonstrate a consistent pattern of abuse of power, self-enrichment, and disregard for constitutional authority, warranting immediate impeachment and removal from office. In light of these egregious violations of the Constitution and public trust, we the people call upon the House of Representatives to immediately proceed with impeachment proceedings against President Donald J. Trump.
The President’s actions represent a clear and present danger to the economic security, political stability, and moral integrity of the United States.
We the people will not stand for this. If Congress fails to act, we will pursue other means of justice to ensure the sovereignty of the American people, so help us God.
