“The Funny Business Plot” is how I would describe the events of January 6, 2021. History doesnβt repeat itself, but it often rhymes. The infamous βBusiness Plotβ of 1933 revealed how far the powerful were willing to go to preserve their control. This conspiracy, orchestrated by a group of wealthy businessmen and financiers, including Prescott Bush (grandfather of George W. Bush), sought to overthrow President Franklin D. Roosevelt and install a fascist regime in the United States. The plot involved recruiting an armed militia of up to 500,000 veterans to march on Washington, seize control of the government, and neutralize Rooseveltβs policies, particularly the New Deal.
General Smedley Butler, a decorated Marine, exposed the Business Plot when he testified before Congress, stopping the coup in its tracks. Despite the seriousness of the threat, authorities prosecuted no one, allowing the conspirators to leave behind a legacy of unchecked elite power. Nearly 90 years later, I see January 6, 2021, as a modern-day “Funny Business Plot.” Unlike a spontaneous insurrection or a credible coup, J6 unfolded as a poorly managed spectacle, serving as a smokescreen to obscure systemic corruption. Unlike the carefully planned Business Plot, J6 lacked coordination, leadership, or any serious threat to overthrow the government. However, its chaotic nature created the perfect cover for silencing legitimate concerns about the electoral process.
The Business Plot of 1933 vs. the Chaos of January 6
The Business Plot was a coordinated and credible threat, involving:
- An Armed Militia: Hundreds of thousands of disaffected veterans were to march on Washington, equipped and ready to seize control.
- A Clear Plan: The conspirators sought to replace Roosevelt with a fascist regime modeled after European dictatorships.
- Elite Manipulation: Wealthy businessmen worked behind the scenes to fund and orchestrate the coup, protecting their economic interests.

By contrast, J6 was marked by:
- Disarray and Mismanagement: Protesters stormed the Capitol without a clear plan or leadership.
- Lack of Evidence of Coordination: Claims that Trump coordinated the events rely on generalized statements and rhetoric, not actual evidence of planning.
- No Serious Threat to Democracy: While disruptive, the events posed no credible threat to the government or the certification process.

Despite these differences, many portray J6 as an existential threat to democracy and a βplotβ by Trump to seize power. This narrative silences dissent and delegitimizes broader concerns about the electoral process.
My Efforts to Expose the Real Problem
Before January 6, I was the only voice identifying the systemic problem of βwidespreadβ voting issues. Unlike others who focused on small, isolated, or irrelevant claimsβsuch as faulty machines or individual instances of fraudβI highlighted the core issue: widespread fraud and ineptitude in vote counting and reporting, not widespread voter fraud. This distinction is critical. Most voters do not commit fraud, so people often dismiss the narrative of βwidespread voter fraudβ as rightful. However, this linguistic trick shifts the focus onto voters, dividing the public and distracting from the real issue: election officials and vote-counting processes. These officials, whether through incompetence or deliberate cover-ups, create systemic problems that undermine the legitimacy of the entire election.

PA Exported Voting Fraud Nationwide
In Pennsylvania, I raised these concerns directly with state legislators. I urged them to audit the βnaked ballotsββabsentee ballots submitted without proper envelopesβwhich I knew were a significant issue. What I discovered was shocking:
- The GOP Created the Problem: Republican leadership in Pennsylvania had passed the βuniversal absentee ballotβ law that allowed these vulnerabilities. Yet, they publicly blamed Democrats for exploiting the system.
- Shifting Responsibility: When I confronted them, they admitted their role but deflected responsibility, telling me to βfile that lawsuit.β Their demand was impossible, as I lacked standing to sue as a non-voter.
I also reached out to Congress, including Ted Cruz, to highlight these issues. My efforts inspired Cruz and others to file a lawsuit challenging Pennsylvaniaβs election laws, but their case failed. The arguments they made were flawed and ignored the central issue I raised. Worse, the Trump team filed its own series of bad lawsuits that further undermined my assertions. Their focus on easily debunked claims and isolated incidents of fraud discredited legitimate concerns about the broader systemic issues.

A major problem is that both Trumpβs supporters and opponents in the public assume Trump is his own best defender. They believe that, if he had a winning argument, he would have made it. Trump avoided arguing the point I was making because doing so would have undermined his own vote totalsβwhich he proudly toutsβand led to an unknown result.
The reality is simple: we donβt know who won in 2020. Consequently, this uncertainty has always been the key difference between me and others questioning the electionβs legitimacy. Unlike many, I have never claimed Trump definitely won. Instead, my sole interest lies in uncovering the true popular vote totalβa question that, to this day, remains unanswered.
The 2024 Election DΓ©jΓ Vu

The same vulnerabilities in our electoral process persisted into 2024. The βnaked ballotβ issue and flawed vote-counting processes were never addressed. Once again, the public was left without a clear understanding of the true popular vote totals, creating confusion and mistrust.
These unresolved issues corrupted the electoral vote. I urged the House to force a contingent election, as allowed under the Constitution, to address these irregularities. Yet Democrats, terrified of being labeled βelection deniersβ by their own party, refused to object. Instead, they perpetuated the false narrative of a βfree and fairβ election.
The result was a disillusioned public. Trumpβs victory, despite his policy reversals and failure to deliver on promises, left even his supporters questioning his leadership. Meanwhile, the systemic issues in our electoral process remained unexamined and unresolved.
Exposing The Uniparty

On the 2024 campaign trail, after Biden dropped out, he was seen wearing a Trump hat. At the Jimmy Carter funeral just this past week, Trump & Obama shared a few laughs. Clinton & Bush are more friendly than they are opponents as well. Liz Cheney giving an endorsement to a Democrat (Harris) was also shocking for some. Lots of appearance of party switching occurred in the past election cycle. This demonstrates that the January 6 Funny Business Plot was more than likely orchestrated by all of these leaders from “both sides,” debunking the myth that we are divided as a nation on those lines. This has become incredibly dangerous because they are collusive in silencing dissenters like me.
The Rise of the DOGE Plot
During the 2024 electoral pathway, the βDepartment of Government Efficiencyβ (DOGE) led by Vivek Ramaswamy & Elon Musk emerged. The Congress even created their βDelivering Outstanding Government Efficiencyβ Caucus as a new force. The acronym βDOGEβ creates intentional confusion:
- A Cryptocurrency Connection: DOGE is also the name of a cryptocurrency associated with Elon Musk and other elites, used to falsify value and enrich themselves.
- Fraudulent Claims of Government Authority: By branding themselves as a βgovernment efficiencyβ initiative, the DOGE Caucus sought to imply legitimacy while pursuing private interests.
Backed by billionaires like Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, Marc Andreessen, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos, the DOGE agenda aimed to:
- Enrich Elites: Policies were designed to consolidate wealth and power among the billionaire class.
- Undermine Public Trust: By promoting private-sector solutions, the DOGE Caucus further eroded faith in government institutions.
- Control the Economy: Trumpβs family business, World Liberty Financial, used the DOGE agenda as a backdrop to replace the Federal Reserve and USD with a decentralized financial (βDeFiβ) currency. This currency, which currently excludes U.S. citizens from participation, would effectively hand control of the American economy to foreign investors and the oligarchical class.
The Funny Business Plotβs Consequences for 2025 & Beyond
Now, in 2025, the consequences of this Funny Business Plot are clear:
- A Broken Electoral System: The vulnerabilities I identified remain unaddressed, leaving the public confused and mistrustful of the democratic process.
- An Oligarchic Economy: The DOGE agenda has paved the way for billionaires to consolidate power, undermining governmental authority and replacing public services with private control.
- A Nation Divided: The rhetorical devices used to silence dissentββelection denier,β βwidespread voter fraud,β and othersβhave pitted Americans against each other, preventing collective action against the real threats.
Trumpβs administration, propped up by World Liberty Financial and the DOGE Caucus, has left the public disillusioned. The democratic levers of rebellionβprotests, lawsuits, and legislative actionβare now seen as inaccessible or ineffective.

The Path Forward Is Less Funny Business
Despite this bleak outlook, I believe this plot is stoppable. Hereβs how we fight back:
- Expose the Truth: The American people must understand how systemic vulnerabilities in the electoral process have been exploited and how the DOGE agenda threatens our sovereignty.
- Demand Accountability: Push for reforms to address flaws in vote counting and reporting, absentee ballot processes, and electoral oversight.
- Reinforce Public Institutions: Advocate for stronger regulations to limit corporate influence and prevent the privatization of essential government functions.
- Mobilize Grassroots Movements: Encourage peaceful protest, civic engagement, and legal challenges to hold the system accountable and protect democratic values.
No More Mr. Nice, Guys
The Funny Business Plot of J6 wasnβt a coupβit was a distraction, a calculated effort to silence dissent and pave the way for oligarchic control. The intentional confusion around DOGE, the co-opting of our electoral processes, and the Trump familyβs plan to replace the USD with foreign-controlled cryptocurrency represent an existential threat to American democracy.
This future is not inevitable. We can expose these truths, take collective action, reclaim our democracy, rebuild trust in our institutions, and stop the oligarchic takeover of our nation. The billionaire class is not invincible, and we can break their grip on our political system.
