ULTRA is an acronym for a proposal I am submitting to the Congress to file so that I can put an end to this phase of the Ukraine/Russian war. In the process, I will expose Donald Trump & other people in and outside of government who are extorting the American people, and the Ukrainian people, for personal gain. As President (for now) Donald Trump loves to say, this is like something nobody’s ever seen before. Hopefully it will soon be something nobody ever sees in America again.

Donald Trump’s peace proposal demands Ukraine repay money that the U.S. largely granted, most of which flowed back to American military contractors, allowing some Americans to profit from the war. He limits repayment to a single method—mining rights—while ignoring multiple viable alternatives. His plan only makes sense if he personally profits from the land, real estate, and mining operations, while the American people receive nothing.

Trump’s Deal Won’t Pay You Back – But ULTRA Will

Donald Trump has not explicitly confessed to his personal financial interests being in conflict with America’s, but the reality of his actions proves it:

• There is no direct – or even remotely indirect – pathway in Trump’s deal that results in taxpayers getting their money back.
• The people claiming Trump’s plan will “pay them back” never actually explain how, despite making impassioned speeches about it on television or online.
• Trump refuses to say which companies will be given control over Ukrainian mining contracts, meaning it is a corporate giveaway – not a repayment plan.
• No fair assessment has been made about Ukraine’s mineral reserves compared to other sources of rare earth materials, making this entire negotiation ungrounded in economic reality.

Even worse: Trump has made it clear that if Ukraine refuses to sign his deal – without guarantees for their own safety – he is “out,” and so is America. That means we get nothing back. This kind of tough-talk and posturing is bad for our interests, regardless of how you think Trump does it for his ego. I’ve already written, and amended impeachment articles against Trump (a month ago) – and Congress has ignored it – but that only got us from his crypto coup and the Gaza theft. Chiefs of staff including Representative Al Green, have been sent this directly.

Even members of the Canadian parliament, and international press have read these articles of impeachment directly. They were thorough (at the time) and clear. Al Green is “still working” on his articles of impeachment, he says.

Well, I asked for credit for authoring them, and Congress members are so prideful, sinfully so, they ignore me.

Now we have Ukraine…

This is the clearest possible proof Trump is acting in his own personal interests, not America’s:

• Trump aligns more with Putin’s interests than with those of Zelenskyy or the American people.
• He is not negotiating for the American taxpayer – he is pressuring Ukraine to give up its resources while offering them no security in return.
• He is completely abandoning repayment if he doesn’t get what he wants.

This isn’t a “deal” – it’s extortion. The second Ukraine says no, Americans get nothing!

Congress Doesn’t Need Trump To Do Their Job

Trump Signed Checks for Everybody in 2020, remember?

His administration already proved that whenever they want to, they can authorize direct payment to our bank accounts. This is actually one of the terrifying realities of his & Elon Musk’s takeover of our financial and monetary computer systems. If they can rescind payments, or authorize them, in their personal control, we are all at their personal whims. Ukraine is feeling this.

But, despite Republican sycophants claiming Donald Trump is the only person on Earth capable of making this deal, because he’s such a good deal-maker, that doesn’t mean he is fair to his partners. That’s us, whether we like it or not. For now.

Why Congress Won’t Their Job

Trump has already proven that direct payments to Americans are feasible:

• During the COVID-19 emergency, he issued physical checks to every American.
• The federal government has already shown it can distribute payments efficiently.
• Congress authorized that funding – Trump just signed his name on the check.

Congress does not need a President to authorize a Ukraine repayment plan. So the Democrats who are pretending to be opponents of this administration are either not as capable as I am, or they are intentionally de facto supporting this deal and the man making it. That would be sufficient evidence for assuming they too (senior Democrat party leaders like Chuck Schumer) are in bed with Trump financially. They may pretend to disagree on television, but if their effect is always empty or nonexistent, you really have to at some point ask yourself, “why?”

Congress must declare war, yet it refuses. Instead, American Presidents wage war and blame their predecessors for any failures during reconstruction. This practice dishonors the American public, disrespects our armed forces, and shows a lack of integrity on the international stage. For once, Congress must end a war instead of allowing Presidents to dictate foreign policy without accountability.

ULTRA Forces Congress to Take Responsibility

• ULTRA is a congressional authorization for repayment – not a White House scam.
• It guarantees that Americans get their money back, regardless of who is in office.
• ULTRA prevents billionaires from profiting off Trump’s corrupt resource grab.
• It stops U.S. taxpayer funding for Ukraine while ensuring repayment.

Congress can – and must – pass ULTRA with or without Trump. The American people must demand their representatives support this, instead of hiding behind their egos.

The ULTRA Blueprint: Pay Back Americans Directly

1. Repayment Goes to Taxpayers, Not Corporations

• American federal government authorizes weighted payments to, or collects a war tax from citizens based on income and/or net worth. This happens immediately.
• No banks, no Wall Street middlemen, no transaction fees – just direct repayment.
• American federal government then arranges an appropriate repayment plan with Ukraine based on a fair accounting of the situation and litigation of prior signed agreements – rather than Trump’s personal needs – or whims.

Income-Based Repayment Scale:

This system uses a scaled, weighted structure where those in extreme poverty or homelessness receive the largest per-capita payments. Elon Musk, as the world’s richest man in America, along with other ultra-high-net-worth oligarchs, must prove they were not directly invested in the scheme to seize Ukraine’s land. If they provide evidence, they are exempt. If they refuse or fail to justify their position before an independent, impartial review, they must cover a portion of the public’s repayment.

This ensures that the American government repays the people they borrowed money from for this war – the American people – first. Then, they can recoup their money from who they lent it to. But we should not be waiting for the government. They wait on us.

ULTRA guarantees taxpayers see repayment, while Trump’s plan guarantees corporate insiders get rich.

2. Ukraine Pays Back Using Multiple Methods – Not Just a Mining Scheme

Ukraine is given multiple pathways for repayment, ensuring fairness while protecting their sovereignty.

Option 1: Cash Repayments

• Ukraine is receiving billions from Europe and foreign investment.
• A portion of that revenue goes toward repaying America over time.

Option 2: Selling Minerals on the Open Market

• Ukraine should sell its minerals to the highest bidder, not be forced into a U.S.-controlled extraction deal. This will allow them to make the most money and pay back the U.S. government quickly, rather than enabling some obscure opaque commodities laundering system.
• This generates faster revenue and gets America paid back more quickly.
• Ukraine remains in control of its economic future, instead of being looted by foreign corporations.

Option 3: Military & Cyber Technology Transfers

• Ukraine has advanced drone and cyber warfare tech that the U.S. military and Coast Guard can use.
• Instead of spending billions developing similar systems, the U.S. can integrate Ukrainian innovations as part of repayment.
• This strengthens American defense while ensuring financial recovery.
• It will also help repair the broken relationship between our countries.

ULTRA ensures repayment happens in a way that benefits taxpayers, not just billionaires.

3. Russia Pays for Reconstruction Through High-Priced Resource Purchases

Instead of Trump’s laundering scheme, ULTRA forces Russia to help finance Ukraine’s recovery without giving them control. The Russians need to pay back some, if not all of the structural damage they did, but they will be unlikely to agree to such terms on an open face. However, if part of Trump’s secret negotiations were about how Russia needs Ukrainian resources – it would be assumed they would be barred from such purchases by Ukraine.

However, if the Russians buy them at a high markup, it will create some trade relationship between the countries that binds them together. The United States & China have had such a relationship for ages, and it isn’t perfect, but it had so-far been supportive of reducing tensions. Until this week, of course. This forces Russia to indirectly pay for the damage they caused – without requiring unrealistic reparations. If Russia refuses, Ukraine still has other repayment methods to the United States, so no part of the plan collapses. But trade with Russia is by some sense, for Ukraine, a kind of security guarantee that the United States can’t provide.

This means Russia would be paying for part of Ukraine’s war recovery, without being able to flip resources for their own economic gain. The Ukrainian people don’t have to like Russia or Russians or Putin. They can keep hating him, or even push to continue a war for more. This proposal has also not been openly considered or privately discussed. That is because most people paint the Ukrainians & Russians in a certain way. Americans must stop acting like Trump is the only person who can do this. He isn’t only – not the only person who can do this – it is obvious he won’t do “this.”

Trump Can’t Be Trusted To Cause Peace 

The American President has not negotiated a real repayment plan – because he never intended to.

• Trump is hiding who will control the mining contracts under his deal.
• He has no structured repayment mechanism – just vague promises.
• Trump has no interest in American taxpayers getting paid back – only in making sure billionaires profit.
• He is personally aligned with Putin’s interests more than Ukraine’s.

The moment Ukraine rejects Trump’s demands, he is “out,” meaning America gets paid back NOTHING. That alone proves he is not working for the American people.

The Public Must Demand ULTRA

This isn’t about Biden vs. Trump – both parties have failed. Congress has the power to authorize this plan, and the American people must demand it. If Congress refuses to pass ULTRA, it is because they are protecting their own interests, not yours. Many senior Democrats, including Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, and Republicans like Lindsey Graham and JD Vance, are financially tied to Trump in one way or another. Only a forensic accountant and subpoenas would tell you exactly how. But it’s obvious they’re together. That defies the typical American & international perception of the “2 party system” America has. 

My plan is in another league better than Trump’s. My plan is good for the Ukrainians, the American people, Europeans, and even Russia! It just isn’t good for Trump or the several hundred billionaires and some ultra high net worth millionaires on his personal side. If you’re okay with that, then join me.
ULTRA is the Only Way Forward

Ukraine repays America fairly and transparently.
Americans receive direct payments instead of vague promises.
Russia contributes through strategic economic pressure.
Billionaires who profited off the war pay their share.
Congress, not the President, enacts repayment policy.

Trump’s plan is a scam. Biden never had a plan. ULTRA is the only real financial strategy that benefits Americans.

The people support ME in this.

Congress must acknowledge MY plan instead of letting corruption dictate America’s foreign policy.

This is the only way America gets its money back.

Trump’s plan is to make Ukrainians indentured servants, while robbing us blind.
